Doug McDonald has over 18 years of investment banking experience on over 70 merger and acquisition, financing and restructuring advisory transactions. He joined Armory in 2008 and has been instrumental to building the firms Consumer, Food & Beverage, and Agribusiness industry coverage and M&A capability. In 2014, Doug was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Dealmaker by M&A Advisor. Prior to joining Armory, Doug was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers where he executed financing and merger and acquisition transactions with financial sponsors and business services industry clients. Earlier in his career, Doug was an Associate at Kerlin Capital where he specialized in merger and acquisitions for food industry clients.
