While at Armory, Ron has worked on a multitude of different transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, and restructurings. Ron started at Armory as an analyst. Prior to Armory, he worked as an analyst at Corner Capital Partners where he specialized in M&A for downstream energy companies.
