Nathan has over three years of M&A and financial advisory experience. While at Armory, he has been involved in a diverse range of transactions including, special situations M&A, debt and equity capital raises, and financial restructurings. Nathan is responsible for providing transaction support and execution on deals across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Armory, Nathan worked as an M&A Analyst where he was responsible for financial due diligence. Additionally, he completed a one-year internship at HarbourVest Partners while pursuing his MBA.
