Matthew (Matt) Cusick has nearly 20 years of experience advising companies on strategic alternatives including buy-side acquisitions, strategic sales, financings, divestitures and joint ventures for public and private companies, both domestically and internationally. Previously, Matt served as Managing Director and Co-Founder of Victory Park Securities and before that he co-founded Revolution Partners, an investment banking division of Morgan Keegan (now part of Raymond James). In his career, Matt has advised on dozens of transactions and has consummated deals with a wide range of strategic and financial buyers. Matt began his investment banking career as an analyst in Robertson Stephens’ New York office focused on software and services companies.
