Based out of the Los Angeles office, Jim brings over 25 years of executive management and operating experience in technology and the healthcare industry, having led early-stage firms as well as large multinational businesses by driving rapid growth, strategic pivots, and turn-arounds. At Armory Group, he focuses on advising healthcare, life science, and medical device companies in transactions, financing, and strategy. With a blend of operating experience and investment banking, he helps companies achieve transformative and profitable growth. Prior to Armory, he lead global businesses at Carl Zeiss Meditec, Carefusion, Becton Dickinson, and Philips. Most recently he was the CEO and president of Ventec Life Systems, which was sold to React Health.
