Dan has over 15 years of experience advising, investing in, and operating growth-stage technology companies. Since joining Armory in 2014 as a founding member of The Cosine Group, Dan has advised on more than 40 m&a and capital raise transactions. Prior to joining The Cosine Group, Dan was part of the investment banking teams at Victory Park Securities and Revolution Partners, led Product and Operations for Streetwise Media (acq. by American City Business Journals), and part of the investment team at GrandBanks Capital an early-stage venture capital firm.
