At Armory, Melissa has advised on complex restructurings and turnarounds for companies within the Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing & Industrial, and Tech & Tech-Enabled space. Prior to joining the investment banking & restructuring group at Armory, Melissa worked as a Senior Originator & Underwriter of Asset-Based Loans at Citizens Capital Markets. Prior to Citizens, Melissa began her career as an analyst at Harmonia Capital USA, Inc., the North American arm of a Shanghai-based private equity firm.
