Nicole has over 20 years of experience advising middle market companies on mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financings, valuations and restructuring transactions. Nicole co-heads Armory’s Consumer industry coverage with deep expertise across the CPG, retail and beverage sectors. Prior to joining Armory, Nicole was a Managing Director in the food, beverage and agribusiness group at Cascadia Capital and before that was the co-head of the investment banking division at First Beverage Group, where she advised numerous beverage alcohol and non-alcohol brands on strategic M&A and financing transactions.
