Steve Moore has over 20 years of experience in consulting, investment banking and corporate finance with a primary focus on real estate, hospitality and alternative assets. Prior to joining Armory, Steve served as head of Capital Markets and Strategy for a real estate capital raising company and also founded a boutique advisory firm providing strategic and financial advice to clients in the real estate and hospitality industries. Previously Steve was the US Head of Real Estate Transaction Advisory for the global accounting firm KPMG, where he advised clients in a variety of complex situations including M&A, private and public capital raising, strategy development and execution, restructuring, dispute resolution and real estate monetization. Prior to KPMG, Steve was a founding member of the Real Estate Investment Banking team at Moelis and Company, where he focused primarily on bankruptcy and restructuring for real estate and hospitality clients and creditors. Before joining Moelis, Steve held investment banking roles at Citigroup and Houlihan Lokey.
