Steven is a Managing Director with over 20 years of investment banking and financial restructuring experience focusing on middle-market companies. Steven established Armory’s Dallas office in 2018. Previously, Steven was a Director in the Consumer, Healthcare & Gaming Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he executed a broad range of transaction types, including leveraged buyout financings, public equity and high yield financings, debt and equity private placements, senior leveraged loans, and M&A advisory. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Steven worked in the special situations and financial restructuring group at Chanin Capital Partners on transactions with debtors and creditors, including pre-crisis situations, out-of-court workouts, and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Steven began his career at CIBC World Markets and worked in the Leveraged Finance and Gaming, Lodging & Leisure groups.
